- Participate in Personal Development Days to gain a better understanding of themselves (personal characteristics, skills, qualities, abilities, interests, potential weaknesses, and ways to develop further). The programme includes:
- Introduction to Careers @SRPA
- Introduction to Unifrog
- Entrepreneur Challenge
- Introduction to university
- Careers Fair
- Link their areas of academic interest to career possibilities using experiences from Unifrog and visiting speakers / educational visits. These are displayed on the Aspiration Wall.
- In Year 7 students will be introduced to university as a potential next step post 18, learning about different UK universities.
- Have access to careers information and advice through their Form Tutor, Subject Teachers, Head of House, library, aspiration clinics and Director of Careers.
