Attitudes to Learning

The Academy has an Attitudes to Learning programme designed to support pupils to become reflective in their practice and to strive to improve their approach to study. It is widely accepted that a positive attitude to learning known as ‘Expert’ at SRPA directly impacts pupil’s progress and outcomes. At the end of each half term, pupils receive an Attitudes to Learning (A2L) score per subject and are then supported through targeted self-reflection and goal setting. Our A2L Tariff allows pupils to focus on their areas of improvement.
