How to access Go 4 Schools if you are a parent

How students can access Go 4 Schools to complete work set by teachers

Students login to https://www.go4schools.com with their email and a password of their choosing. They should know these details but if they cannot remember their password, please refer to our ‘Student guide for accessing Go 4 Schools‘. For any issues please email itsupport@srpa.co.uk from an email address that you have supplied to the school so we can verify your identity. We will not accept emails from unknown addresses or from students personal email addresses.

How students can access school email and work from home.

To use our remote desktop system and access emails; students are expected to have ‘Multi-factor Authentication’ and ‘Self-service’ password reset set up. For further information and guidance for setting this up click here.

Students can access our remote desktop system to access the school network; documents, email, office applications such as word, excel and other network software. Please follow the desktop remote access guide as attached.

Students can access their school email accounts via https://login.microsoftonline.com. Please enter students SRPA email address for example; jbloggs@srpa.co.uk followed by their computer password.

If they cannot remember their password, please email itsupport@srpa.co.uk to request a password reset. Please email us from an email address that you have supplied to the school so we can verify your identity. We will not accept emails from unknown addresses or from students personal email addresses.
